Left high school at 15. Worked as a farm hand for 2 years. Agricultural contrator 1 year, Truck driving 8 years, Operations Manager 8 years, Own tour coach company 16 years as well as truck company 3 of the last years. Company now operated by my son. Back truck driving for the last 3 years,

Achievements

During my time as Operations Manager I learnt computer programing Open Access database, DOS, AND XL.

I also obtained my private pilot license and have completed half of my commercial license. Have over 650 hours as pilot in command.

Starting Sheppard Touring was not easy as it required a lot of capital to purchace coaches. I did this by importing and re-valueing once landed, therfore increasing capital I had in each coach.

I was also responsible for all marketing and sales at the peak was turning over 3 million per year. 

Sheppard Trucking now ALLENMARK sons and my name combined. Was also responsible for sales and marketing.
