Overview
My work and educational background incompasses Fine Arts, Hospitality, Customer Service and Sales, with self-directed activities during and inbetween jobs. I enjoy and thrive in a creative, team environment, whereby I can share ideas and/or create solutions to enhance and contribute to business.
Throughout my working life, I have liased with people from all walks of life and industries and as a result have developed competent communication skills and a thorough enjoyment of meeting and working with clients.
Coming from a Fine Arts background, I inherently posess a predisposition for colour, design and compostion and as I enjoy meeing people and am able to build an ammenable and continuing rapport with them, Sales is an area, which I can proven to do well at.
Achievements
- Planned and assisted Company Director in the development of an Airport Shuttle Bus business in Manly, NSW. Designed logos and business cards, organised office procedures and was responsible for the scheduling of seven mini buses and drivers, daily. Secured contract for renowned International Hospitality College, Manly, NSW.
- Entered and have been selected for art prizes, including Mosman Art Prize, 2010 (judged by Margaret Olley) Have exhibited in group and solo exhibitions througout NSW, sold painting through retail outlets in Sydney and have sold to international buyers.
- Achieved the highest single sale for a renowned Kitchen Renovation company, northern beaches, Sydney. (see job history)
- Market Stall holder covering many years, during and since college, throughout Sydney, including Manly, North Sydney, Balmain and Fox Studios selling clothing and art work.
- Have worked in a diverse range of industries and working environments.
- Travelled to Thailand, England, Spain and Italy.
