Overview

My name is Sean Eggins. I completed year 11 at Toowong S.H.S and joined the Australian Army at 17. I served as an infantry soldier for seven years before being medically discharged with a knee and spinal condition. I have completed physical rehabilitation and am now extremely focused on gaining suitable employment and expanding my horizons by attending University to study languages and international relations.

Achievements

During my career in the Australian Army I completed two tours of Rifle Company Butterworth (Malaysia) training with defence forces from Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore and was fortunate enough to be deployed to East Timor in late 2003. During my career i was awarded the Australian service medal for East Timor, the UN medal for East Timor and the Australian Defence medal for service.
