Completed Higher Education in Italy and holding a Diploma in Foreign languages.

Employed with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM Cargo) from 1984 to 1998, where I developed solid operational and commercial knowledge in the airline cargo industry.

Migrated to Australia in 1999 and joined AEI, the Danzas, and finally DHL, mostly in airfreight exports related operational roles. I currently operate as Airfreight Exports Gateway for the Trans Tasman Sector and the Pacific Islands. I contributed to the introduction and initial development of the gateway concept in Victoria with the previous management structure.

My education in Australia is still ongoing. I have obtained Master Bronze First Choice certification in 2010, along with a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding and a Certificate IV in in Transport and Logistics (Warehouse & Storage).

I am currently in the process of completing a Certificate IV in Leadership Management.

One of the major achievements at KLM Cargo was the imporvement of load factors on our flights, and the ability to implement a different revenue concept, reversing the concept that 80% of the revenue normally comes from 20 % of the customer base.

This lead to a more omogeneous and diversified customer base, more manageable in terms of customer size and revenue.

As previously mentioned, my major achievement at DHL is the introduction and initial development of the export gateway concept in Victoria.
