I graduated highschool, achieving my Grade 12 certification from Tuart College, Perth, Western Australia.

The bulk of my employment & skill set has been within the food manufacturing industry. I have level 2 & partial level 3 HACCPP accreditation. And all am also skilled in machine operation, specifically,biscuit forming, mixing & ingredient preparation.

Since moving to Queensland I have been managing a multiple personal residential dwelling in New Farm, Brisbane as on-site manager. My managerial duties included book-keeping, repairs, people management & cleaning of the dwelling. Also ensuring that the premises complied with council standards & remained an accredited boarding house. The premises housed a maximum of 14 people. I held this position for 3 years.
