Completed Higher School Certificate in 2006, then spent 2007 abroad, in Thailand, as a part of the Rotary Youth Exchange program.

Returned to Australia and commenced a Certificate III in Fitting and Machine, the company offering the program subsequently cancelled it at the end of 2008 and instated me as an operator on the 1st of January 2009, where I started on the rewinder.

I worked on the commissioning and Startup of VISY Pulp and Paper's Tumut VPP10 site from September 2009 to March 2010, where I was in charge of the Dry-End and Rewinding Start Up program. August 2010 I started work on the Wet End, being the inside operator for VP9 and VP10, controlling everything from Furnish and Machine Speeds, to Steam, Pulp Quality, Refining, Chemical Additives and more.

I am currently working on VP9 and VP10 as the Wet End DCS Operator, and Outside Machineman.

Completed Two years of the Certificate III in Fitting and Machining and 9 months.

Working on the Start-Up and Commissioning of a multi-million dollar Paper Machine.

Earning the respect of my peers through hard work, dedication and knowledge of the field I am working in.
