I have completed my VCE and hold a Diploma of Financial Services Mortgage Brokering Management and have done numerous training courses in management skills. I have a very strong work ethic, work life experience, strong ability to connect and communicate well with people and financial lending analysis skills.I have extensive experience in the finance industry,management experience and experience with staff reporting to me.

I am proud of my career achievement in finance and management, having trained staff & development of a lending department's process and procedures. I am proud of the volume of over $90 million in consumer mortgage files being settled and especialy proud of over $70 million in business lending.

Being one of the first to work and help develop Originator Services for ANZ mortgage broker introduced loans.

Managing a staff of six whilst at ANZ Originator Services to soley look after Ray White Mortgage Brokers and deliver on agreed service level agreements.

Holding a Delegated Underwriting Authority which at one point was over $1 million in consumer lending.

Development of poliocy and procedures for a lending department for an accountanacy firms lending department.

Successful submission and settlement of a $32 million dollar Business lending transaction.

Over $160 million in consumer and commercial/business transactions settled.
