| Job Title: | Senior Postal Delivery Officer, Team Leader | | Job Type: | Full-Time | | Detailed Description: | In my time at Australia Post my role of Senior Postal Delivery Officer required me to work at multiple delivery facilities.
I started at Frenchs Forest Delivery Facility as a motorcycle postman but quickly found myself in the role of Senior Postal Delivery Officer, inducting and training new recruits.
This led to my transfer to Lakemba D.F. where I continued this role until becoming a Team Leader. Some of my daily duties included motorcycle checks and maintenance, scanning of Registered and Express items, planning and organising work for up to 15 staff, computer programming security keys and allocation of extra staff and overtime. Throughout my time at Australia Post my attendance was always exceptional, I was widely regarded as one of the best, efficient and most reliable postal delivery officers. |
