An experienced IT professional with over 13 years experience providing level 2/3 support across Windows environments demanding strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Since returning from overseas I have been working as a contractor and currently work as a self employed IT consultant, whilst seeking a role which provides new challenges and where I can contribute immediately with my technical experience as well as learn new skills.
