Comments:When I joined the team at Kloster Chrysler Jeep Dodge I was involved in many different aspects of the dealership
Being involved in O.H&S, both as a Workshop Representative for 6 years, and Chairman of the O.H & S Committee for 4 years, It taught me how to negotiate with both sides of an argument, in order to arrive at a decision that will benefit both parties.
My involvement with our customer base increased tenfold after joining the team at Klosters. I learnt that the best way to approach people is with honesty and to have confidence and belief in your own knowledge and capability.
