After a hard but fair up bringing in Safetybay W/A and a catholic/private schooling I headed north to start my working life . I started on a cattle/sheep station in a remote part of the Gascoyne .It was there that i was introduced to machinery  via crearing fence lines with and old d4. I stayed there for two years before i headed off to bigger and better things.

Istarted an aprentaship up as a chef at the kimberly moror Inn Derby but it wasnt long before I worked out thar this was not the career path for me .Through a crane company in Derby I stared work on Blina oil field as a labourer/roughneck. I stayed in Derby for four years before returning to the Gascoyne and started working for myself contracting to cattle/sheep stations ,fencing mustering and muelsing.

I started working for Enerflex process as a plant operator in 2005 Mainly excavators but have competancy tickets on backhoe, skid steer loaders, loaders,CN crane , doggers and riggers,  telehandler ,

I have been with Enerflex for 5 1/2 years now and feel like i need a change .I have a great respect for safety systems and why they are there and have built up a good safety culture over the years

Since moving into the constuction industry in 2005 i have achieved alot with all my competancy tickets working as a plant operator through to leading hand and then onto supervisor for our civil earthworks team . Working with all disciplins in our company to achieve our goals.

From a plant operator to supervision having a big part to play in the constuction of live gas plants from setting up remotes camps and site setups to man management , tenders and procurement of plant and equipment and materials.

Working to budgets and time frames aswell as doing this in a safe efficent manner
