My current situation is that we live in Wagga Wagga and my husband is in the Army and is discharging early June 2010 and we  will be moving back to Adelaide and i will be looking for employment. Currently I 'm an Austswim teacher and loving  it. I have been teaching for three years, and am qualified in water discovery, infants, and disability teaching. I'm swim and survive examiner qualified and pool lifeguard qualified.   

During the last three years I have achieved so much confidence in teaching and dealing with children and parents. I have had the chance to write lesson plans, and try new activities to see if they work and with sucess they have.

Seeing children especially infants progress up through levels of swimming, gives me great pleasure in teaching.

Teaching children with a disability has been a big milestone for me, just a couple of the disabilities that i have been dealing with are Autism and Downs Syndrome.

Also having the chance to fill in as a deck supervisior gave me good experience.

My biggest achievement would be over coming my fear of water and becoming a swim teacher, and then to be able to advance from there and to swim and complete my Bronze Medallion and Pool Lifeguard License.
