I am applying for the position of Moulding Supervisor because I am ready for a step up in my career.  During my working career at Youngtown  over the past 30 years I have gained valuable experience in all fields of the operation having worked in most positions in the Foundry.  I have an excellent understanding of the Moulding department having gained my Trade certificate in this area.
