Currently, I hold the position as a Brand Marketing Manager with Kea Studios, building their brand called PetroSims, which is a simulation training solution targeting the oil and gas industry. Other brands I've worked with include Gameflier (online gaming publications), Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Polycom Solutions.

Detailed Description:My role with Kea Studios is focused on marketing and branding communications for the organisation. I’ve lead in establishing their brand, PetroSims which is a simulation training solution for the oil and gas industry. This targets companies such as Murphy Oil, Petronas, Shell and Saudi Aramco.

Some of the marketing campaigns strategised and executed include the “ThinkSmart, TrainSafe” campaign, and “Going Green with your Learning” campaign. The “ThinkSmart, TrainSafe” campaign’s main objective is to encourage a smarter and safer way of training; while “Going Green with your Learning” focuses on its benefits as an environmental friendly approach towards training. As the oil and gas training industry is often expensive, risky and not necessarily environmental friendly; these branding and marketing campaigns focus on overcoming these challenges.

My role is as a Brand Marketing Manager includes:
• Directing overall marketing and strategic planning programs and corporate communications
• Defining PetroSims strategies and roadmaps
• Developing corporate branding and brand awareness for Kea Studios and PetroSims
• Developing the Kea Studios and PetroSims websites and online presence
• Planning and executing marketing activities to create brand awareness in trade shows

I’m also currently developing the MOGSims (Malaysian Oil and Gas Simulation Training) program for the development of human capital of oil and gas industry in Malaysia. This program successfully earns US530,000 worth of development and deployment of several simulation training courses from the Malaysia Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. Clients include Murphy Oil, Petronas, Ranhill-Worley (also known as Worley Parson) and Cameron.
