During my time in my previous company that I consider them as one of known heavy lift company in the middle east , I was able to accomplished critical move and lift which is the company save more money and time .

Achievements

Heavy Lifts done as on June 2000 - March 2006 - KSA

1. YANBU PETRO CHEMICAL ( contractor : CCC) record details :Transportation of Fractionator Tower which is 1200 tons 71 mts long and 14 mts in diameter at Yanpet , Yanbu KSA.(utilize ALE SPMT trailer)

2. YANBU POWER PLANT (contractor : ENEL Power) record details: installation of 210 tons stator by lifting of strand jacks up to 2^nd floor and skid inside.

3. RABIGH REFINERY,ARAMCO(Contractor : Foster Wheeler) record details : Transportation of 150 tons BOILER MODULE from Aramco Rabigh jetty and placing onto foundation by jacking skidding system.

4. ABDULLAH HASHIM,JEDDAH : record details : installation of 150 tons cold box by lifting of 80 meters high tower lift system by MPSC.

5. SHOAIBA POWER PLANT : (Contractor : Alstoms Power) record details : transportation of 4 x 265 tons, 300 MVA transformer and installation by jacking and skidding system

6. YANBU REFINERY/ARAMCO ( Tecnicas Unidas) – Transportation of 2 reactor 200 & 600 tons from yanbu port to yanbu refinery. (utilize ALE SPMT trailer)

Heavy Lifts done as on April 2006 to at present - Kuwait

1. KNPC ( contractor: Gulf Spic) record details : removal and replacement of 125 tons boiler by jacking and skidding system.

2. ALZOUR POWER PLANT( contractor : ABB Kuwait) transportation and installation of 4 x 240 tons transformers by jacking skidding and 12 axles lines modular trailer.

3. JAHRA, KAIFAN “W” SUBSTATION ( Contractor : Mitsubishi Middle east/MELCO) transportation and instalation of 11 x 265 tons transformer by 12 axle lines trailer and jacking skidding system.

4. CCC / Kafji project – transportation of 15 nos. heavy and lengthen pressure vessel from Kuwait to kafji.

5. CCGT Subiya project – Recently completed for Transportation and erection of 6 GTG and 6 GT Weight – 280 tons/each and other heavy pieces.
