Recruitment:-

 Generate Manpower Requirements from clients.
 Position profiling (preparing the job description of each job in line with the requirement)
 Sourcing the profiles from various job portals etc
 Inducting the candidates before facing interviews.
 Short-listing the CVs. & calling Email Short-listed CVs.
 Preliminary recruitment sessions and final sessions
 Scheduling and arranging final round of interviews.
 Client coordination in taking feedbacks on interview & further follow up with the candidate and the client.
 Salary negotiation on behalf of client.
 Ensure smooth transition in the joining & Exit Process
 Doing Reference checks after short listing of candidate.
 Initiate Strength Good public relation skills.
 Co- ordination & Team work.

Joining Formalities: -

 Arranging Induction Programme
 Monitoring joining formalities and generation of ID cards to associates and allotting them employee codes.
 Ensure high level of services/comfort to the employees by handling & solving their issues related to joining, offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, leave management system.

MIS Generating:-

 Building up and managing the personnel records, maintenance of attendance records, preparing and providing attendance reports and payroll sheets to accounts for disbursement of salaries.
