Achievements

Developed and implemented numerous HR Policies and Procedures -  

Recruitment Policy, Induction Policy . Created a new Employment Contract template for all existing roles .

Created new Interview Forms for the recruitment purpose .

Assisted in the implementation of a new payroll system by creating a full-fledge HRIS .

Conceptualized & implemented a methodology for the sales team that assists in their business development function, allowing them to be proactive in sourcing project work for resources soon to go on the bench . Had been gradually put from the state oriented role to the National Role

Work Experience during MBA

Worked in DELPHI HR department on E-recruitment for the organization as a part of summer training for six weeks during May - July 2004,( E- recruitment: A Platform for HR Effectiveness & Efficiency). . Assisted with a faculty for 4 days - OD Training in Daksh.  

Major Projects UndertakenOpening of Call Centre Operations - Kingfisher, Qatar, Paramount, American Airlines  -As a part of Call Centre Operations of BIRD Group these projects involved hiring staff for various functions as per the technical and professional requirement. This process demanded identifying various parameters, discussing related issues with clients, interacting with various resourcing agencies about the positions and delivering the results to the client.

Opening of Airport Stations across - Indigo Airlines -This project involved not only taking interviews across for starting up a new station as required by the management but also to make sure of the entire operation go smoothly. It included hiring, dealing with different clients for space, hotel arrangements, and security arrangements.

Work Experience Related to Event Management 

Worked as a part of CII organizing team handling Protocol & VIP lounge departments in IETF 2003 held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. .

Was a part of the Organizing event team in the international Convention of FEAST 2002 (Forum of Educators & Scholars of Tourism). .

Organized the Global Management Company's Exhibition titled Indian Travel Mart 2003 held in Shivalik View, Chandigarh. .
