Major Projects UndertakenOpening of Call Centre Operations - Kingfisher, Qatar, Paramount, American Airlines -As a part of Call Centre Operations of BIRD Group these projects involved hiring staff for various functions as per the technical and professional requirement. This process demanded identifying various parameters, discussing related issues with clients, interacting with various resourcing agencies about the positions and delivering the results to the client.
Opening of Airport Stations across - Indigo Airlines -This project involved not only taking interviews across for starting up a new station as required by the management but also to make sure of the entire operation go smoothly. It included hiring, dealing with different clients for space, hotel arrangements, and security arrangements.
