I am currently employed by an Oilfield Services Company based In Perth, Western Australia, in the Capacity as the Australian Business Unit Manager for Downhole tools & Services. This is my 10th year within the Oilfield industry, and have progressed from a solid background of field work, both Onshore and Offshore, and  then on through middle management positions, to a Senior Management role with my current employer.

September 2010.Secured Apache Energy Completions Pre Assembly Work for 12 months with possible extensions.

June 2010. Secured ENI Slickline work for Kitan 4 and Blacktip Campaigns.

January 2010.Promotion from Completions & Wireline Manger to Australian Manager, Rentals Tools and Downhole Services .

September 2008. Promoted from Completions & Wireline Supervisor, to Manager of the same Product line.

August 2008. In conjunction with a Senior Woodside Energy Manager of the Australian Drilling and Exploration Division, we evaluated & then recommended a solution for a worldfirst for Woodside operationally onshore, by making up 20" Offshore Casing into double joints. This allowed Woodside to save 3 working days onboard the Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit, the Atwood Eagle, allowing a saving to Woodside in the vicinity of  3 million dollars.(USD)

Securing the contract to supply the Slickline Services package to BHP Billiton for the Stybarrow Drilling Campaign, which encompassed a total of 14 exploration wells. This was a coup for PCS,as we had only just begun to offer this product line into the Australian market and had beaten the traditional and larger Oilfield services Companies for these services.

Securing over 6 long term Contracts to various Oil companies for the provision of specialised equipment for the Oil and gas industry in Australia in  Q3 of 2009 and Q1 of 2010.

Making the succesful transition from my initial workshop based experience to then take that into the field and then move into Middle mangement and now my progression into Senior Management roles are achievemnts i am very proud of.

I was promoted to Product Line Cordinator for Fishing and Remedial Services and Downhole rental tools, this role put me in direct contact with clients such as Woodside, BHPB,Shell to organise equipment which Weatherford had secured contract with, and liase with the client on there needs and any operational issues they had with any equipment supplied, my role also included organisation of third party inspectors, third party Machine shop repairs with the local API licensed machine shop and the invoicing to client for rental, inspection and machine shop repairs if required.
