Although I began my career as an apprentice mechanic the majority of my current experience comes from my time in customer service and sales roles,  where i have shown a proven ability to exeed customer service expectations as well as set targets, and even state records.

I feel the reason I am so suited to customer service / sales roles is my friendly, confident and outgoing approach, combined with an ability to actively listen.
