Detailed Description:PA is key support and a central part of the P&GM’s team, providing:
Confidential and proactive administrative and secretarial support – prioritise and organise workflow, manage emails, draft various correspondence, create presentations; reconcile monthly expenses.
Organise and time-manage diary at a local, regional and global level, ensuring all necessary supporting information and documentation is provided on a daily basis.
Organise travel for P&GM and also for visiting senior executives as required – preparing agendas and itineraries, organising flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas, etc.
Main point of contact for P&GM’s office – interface with all levels of management and external organisations, e.g. direct reports, regional and global executives, Representatives and Customers – build and maintain relationships, and manage the challenges of working with people of different cultures, languages and time zones.
Facilitate, monitor and execute routine correspondence/e-mails and telephone calls, ensuring deadlines are met – resolving and re-directing superfluous communication and relieving P/MD of routine paperwork and inquiries.
