Overview

I'm a smart, creative, meticulous, hardworking, ambitious, funny, easygoing individual who always get the job done on time and always exceed customer’s expectations. I'm looking to secure a position within the resources/mining sector and through my love for everything about Personal/Executive Assistant and also the Logistics/Supply Chain industry is without question my passion.  I am enthusiastic about anything to do with customer service and the industrial electrical/mining areas. Undertaking a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management) due for completion in 2013

In 2007 I completed a Certificate III in Business Administration and then in 2009 a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Multimedia)

Obtaining my TCE in 2004 (Tasmanian Certificate of Education - Year 12)

Throughout these major achievements I have also obtained my Sailing Certificate, and completed my Grade 6 AMEB Piano examinations.

Detailed Description:I started with Control Logic in 2008 as there Receptionist doing invoicing, processing payments, filing, answer phones, credits, goods receipting and any other ad hoc duties as required. In 2009 a position of Logistics and Sales Support was made available to me as there was no longer a requirement to have two receptionists. Between 2009 and 2011 I grew into the role of Logistics and Sales Support and put in new procedures for ease and simplifying the old procedures. The Logistical role consisted of quoting repairs/warranty, chasing up back orders for customers, obtaining lead times for supplier both locally and internationally, liasing with freight companies on importing and exporting. Then in 2011 I was approached to manage our Integrated Management System, which consists of ISO9001:2008 (Quality Management), ISO4801 (Environmental Management) and also ISO14001 (Workplace Health and Safety), each month I anaylise the data and produce reports of non-conformances. I also produce sales reports on a monthly basis for the Product Managers and Sales Representatives. I arrange travel and accommodation where required and update calendars of business trips, meetings and appointments. There are many other duties I undertake, for example, typing letters and/or correspondence, ability to keep confidentiality to a maximum; also fill-in holiday/sick leave where required on Reception duties and Logistics/Sales Support.
