1995-97 SLM Ltd. Worked as executive assistant with SLM ltd to support office management for the business. Redesigned the business processes for efficient use of resources & improve customer satisfaction. I was responsible for necessary recruitment strategies and training modules development for organisational effectiveness. 1997-Board Of technical education Role was senior HR officer  completed assignments of| developing induction training packages,  various programs such as staff actions, conferences and meetings. In last 10-12 years i had been continuously involved in developing technical training  This field has given me immense  |opportunities to excel in performing my role to satisfy two segments of customers ,first segment was industry ,which is the end user of trained human resource and second segment was prospective customers intending to undergo the training programs.The situation was very dynamic with high level of skills required to design strong interface between two customers segments  I  |have utilised a continuous interface feedback loop model with both the customer segments to consistently use their inputs in redesigning of the products for customer| delightment.
