I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years, with experience in Trust Accounting, budgets, Residential Property Management, Commercial Property Management & Sales administration.

Managing a Commercial Portfolio has been most challenging and enjoyable.  I have managed a portfolio of 80 properties, which included doing annual budgets and audits, negotiating rent increases to market value between the lessor and lessee. 

During the course of my working in the industry, I have obtained my full Real Estate Licence which has been most beneficial as to understanding the Legislation to a fuller extent.
