·         Senior accounting role in the area of financial management and corporate accounting in various audit and accounting firms with emphasis on regulatory compliance.

·         Possess extensive knowledge and experience of well over 9 years in handling a medium sized portfolio covering the areas of audit, taxation and preparation of financial accounts.

·         Strong ability to assess financial risk with a view to determining the level of underlying exposure.

·         Well experienced in gathering detailed business requirements to perform detailed gap analysis.

·         Possess skill in creating system design for business development through the analysis of statistical data aiming to provide input to project methodologies.

·        Proficiency in implementing Audit Procedures, Financial Procedures, Financial Reporting, Budgetary controls,  Internal Control ,Working Capital Management etc.

·         Took active parts in contributing to companywide training and coaching for junior staff.

·         Possess wide experience in working in a leadership role with strong business acumen and a good understanding of overall dynamics of a busy audit and accounts department.

·         Passionate about customer service delivery with very strong technical knowledge on business analysis.

·         Strong relationship management with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

·         Making presentation and speeches to reinforce the business ideas to the identified industry groups and participants

·         Proficiency in  MS-Office & accounting packages like Tally 4.5, 5.4, 6.3 , Solution 6  and  Implementation and workings with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ( Small ERP based Package) Strong IT and computer skills

  Establishment of a Business Unit that has been successful in:-

a. Making a significant contribution and surviving in the Financial Crisis  through effective implementation of Cash Flow Management although being a Non Banking company .

b. Initiating a considerable saving of expenses in non traditional areas.

c. Improving level of outstanding income from the sales revenue by preparing age-wise outstanding income analysis.
