Overview

As per my resume, I have extensive experience in Customer Service and Sales.  My previous expereince includes, working for the Chld Support Agency, where I was primarily assigned cases to work on and achieve positive outcomes.  My sales history includes me currently being employed with NRG Optus, and prior to that being employed with telstra for well over 3 years.  During this time, I was Team Leader of the Telstra Business Broadband Sales Team, where I achieved positive results and sales figures on a  daily basis.

Currently, I am also studying my certificate iv in Youth Work.

I have extensive volunteer experience in Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation, and look forward to persuing a career with the Youth of Australia.  My reasons for this are my life experiences, coupled with my experiences working for the Child Support agency, and being a single mother for the last 16 years, I have found to all be very rewarding, and I have a lot to pass on and share with people who are struggling to find there way in society.
