I have been working in the hospitality industry since i was 16, starting in the Novotel hotel i was employed as a waiter were i learnt customer service skills and a variety of skills behind the bar. After 6 months of waitering a found my true passion was in the kitchen. seeing how many of the young chefs were getting started i applied for a kitchenhand position and worked my way up through the ranks. After two years of working in the hotel i applied to Waikato institute of technology where a completed a diploma in catering and professional cookery, since then i have worked at the Cazbar in Hamilton, sailing boat Cavu a 100ft pleasure yatch, Sailing boat Mystery a 120ft pleasure yatch, after three years of doing this i travelled to Australis where i worked a M on Mooloolaba for four month. i have since been travelling up the coast seeing australia and now am back looking for work in the Sunshine coast
