I am a dedicated and motivated professional with 12 years experience in the New Zealand and Australian acute and community health settings.  I have worked in clinical roles across both sectors and bring to career roles coal face experience when designing, implementing and evaluating quality improvement projects.

Supported by formal post graduate University qualifications, I have demonstrated my achievements in leadership, people engagement and change management through accreditation processes, safety improvements and leading client centred care.

Nominated in Leadership in Quality and Safety and Service Excellence categories in the 2011 DGCH Staff Recognition Awards.

Oversaw the development of the DGCH 2009-10 Quality of Care report, which was subsequently nominated in the top three reports across the state in the Victorian Healthcare Awards.

Supported a group of community representatives in the development and delivery of a customer service education program and their subsequent presentation at a national consumers in health conference.
