My name is Cara Murphy and I am currently a Floating Regional Manager for a high volume fashion retailer.

 I am looking to further my career in a similar position but with a clear pathway to my next role. • Won Manager of the year 2005, Manager of the month July 2006 and Manager of the Month December 2007 for the Cotton on Group.
• I was promoted to manage the highest turnover store internationally in 2007 after two years as a Store Manager for the Cotton On Group.
• Was chosen to be the retail contact in the launch of the new Rubi Shoes business within the Cotton On Group in February 2007.
• Promoted to Regional Manager for the number one Region in Australia after only 6 months in the Regional Manager role
