Overview

I'm a self motivated, enthusiastic and hard working individual. I have over 12 years experience in customer service and 4 years in administration. I'm computer literate and a confident communicator in both written and oral aspects. I enjoy learning new industries, skills, proceedures and systems.

I’m determined and passionate about being the best at what I do and I'm always willing to take on new challenges. I believe without making mistakes you cannot learn from them so I’m open to constructive criticism.

Teamwork is very important to me and I work well in a team as much as leading a team. On the other hand I also can work competently on my own if required. My Goal in life to be the best person I can be.

 

Achievements

I got my first paying job at the age of 8, by 17 I had 3 different part time jobs and was studying full time, I graduated 3rd overall in my school.

My first job in Auckland I was promoted within 3months from a runner to a pass manager with no prior experience. Once I left Hospitality I went straight in to an Audit Administrator position again with no prior experience in the insurance industry.

I have worked for both large and small companies in different sectors of public service and I have accumulated allot of knowledge along the way. One achievement I'm extremely proud of is in the time space of one year I had received several customer compliments on my service compared to other employees that had been at the for several years
