Over the past 12 years I have worked within the finance industry for both lenders and brokers, most recently at Westate Finance for five and a half years. My past and present roles have included Client Liason Officer at Western HomeBuyers Building Society, Broker Support Officer at Police and Nurses Credit Union, Broker Support Officer and Loans Assessor at Keystart Home Loans and currently Loans Manager at Westate Finance.

Within these roles I have developed knowledge and high skill levels in data entry within a CRM (Client Relationship Management)System, various spread sheets and the office administration area. I hold an excellent level of customer service and problem solving skills. Within my current position I deal with varying levels of clientelle, from sophistacated investors to young first home buyers and have the ability to communicate to all parties in the manner required to best suit them and their level of understanding. I am a willing and loyal team member whoe takes initiative and do not restrict myself to the jobs within my position description, but am always eager to assist other team members when required and take on new responsibilities within any role.
