Overview

In the several years I have worked in customer service I have gained skills and experience which include Computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office/Windows, Email, Internet, General Navagation, personal use), People skills, Customer focus, Attention to detail, Organisational skills, Communication skills (Verbal/written), Teamwork, Telephone skills, administraional skills, LIFE skills - Leadership, Integrity, Flexiblilty, Efficiency - to name the least.

Achievements

In BMS, I have been involved in a specific project called DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) which is continuing to have positive impacts on the general service that is provided by BMS. Despite their decision to make my role in customer service redundant and centralise the CS teams, my involvement in the QLD team has been quite substantial in improving and maintaining repeat and new business with in the company.

Other achievements include the decrease of returns in the state office as the "buddy process" was implemented, which teamwork and attention to detail was a heavy focus. I also built relationships with customers to fix up outstanding credits and account issue which have had a positive reflection on the company to having a proactive attitude in problem resolution.

My focus and knowlede on the products and processes assisted in the ability to train and help the team with the confidence to upsell, create relationships and put forward realistic goals and targets to the customers.
