To whom it may concern,
I am currently working at Fitzy's on Church as a Chef De Partie and have been for the last 18 months. I have been working in kitchens for the last 7 years i started my career on the Gold Coast and travelled to toowoomba 3 years ago. My position at the moment involves teaching apprentices work skills, prepping for functions, menu writing, stock ordering, maitaining food safety throughout hotel and cooking under pressure for busy services. I have recently had a baby girl and am looking for work were i can spend a little more time at home.
A job working mornings as a brekky chef/Prep chef would be ideal as i have done this before at the Sofitel Hotel Broadbeach, cooking buffet and a la carte meals. I have worked in a wide range of restaraunts trying to learn new skills with food and food service.
