I have been working in the Catering & Hospitality Industry since 1981, and have a thorough knowledge of working in remote areas.  I have cooked in large kitchens with combi ovens catering up to 400, through to basic mobile camps cooking for 8-10. 

Working for  tourism, drilling, and exploration companies in remote areas of Australia, I was responsible for all aspects of camp catering and accomodation. My work experience has included working in a team environment as well as working autonomously.
