With over seven years experience in the industry (I completed my 4 year apprenticeship in 2007), I have never been more dedicated and passionate about producing high quality, creative and innovative dishes. I have a thorough familiarity with a wide assortment of international cuisines. I have worked in fast paced cafes, upmarket restaurants, busy surf club's and function centre's.
