Overview

My degrees and certificates include a Bachelor of Arts (English), Associate of Science Degree (quals), Teaching Certificate and I am currently a Registered Teacher with the QLD College of Teacher Registration. 

My employment history includes 30 years as a Primary and Secondary School Teacher, Leading Teacher and TAFE Subject Coordinator; three years as the Administrative, Training and Promotions Manager for a leading player in the Motorcycle Rider Training industry; six years in the Military; and a number of other, lesser positions ranging from sales work to food service and catering to driving truck, etc.

Achievements

My current employment has seen me rise from Motorcycle Rider Trainer to the Administrative, Promotions and Training Manager of Morgan & Wacker Motorcyce Training Centre.

My employment with Education included work as a Senior/Leading teacher, Computer Coordinator, Sports Master and TAFE Subject Coordinator (Careers Development and Citizenship Education; eg NCS001, 2, 3 & 7 - "Communication and Forms in the Workplace).

In my final years in the military I was raised to the rank of Staff Sargeant before I left the service.
