I did not finish High School, not because I couldn't, but because I, foolishly, thought I did not need to. Now I am begining to regret that decision.

Curiously my biggest regret is not that every potential employer who reads my CV is going to ask why I quit school. My biggest regret is that my friends will always know that I quit, whatever reasons I had at the time the end result is just that, I quit.

So now I am constantly striving to leave that stigma behind, and in doing so I have learned to become committed and dedicated to my work. It is no longer about getting the job done, but getting the job done to the best of my ability, and if my ability is inadequate then I will improve my ability.

Just because a task is not in my job description does not mean that I will ignoor something that needs doing, if somebody has to do it, that somebody might as well be me.
