Dianne Bueler's Resume
| Victoria Australia |
Overview
I am a 32 year old mother of two, who is now looking at returning back to the workforce. I successfully completed my VCE back in 1996. Throughout my schooling I was employed at McDonalds Family Restaurant. It was in 1997, I had been promoted to Shift Assistant (Managerial Role).
After 2 years in this role, I decided to look into a new line of work. I had a strong desire to work within the administration field, to be able to learn as much as I could in all aspects of administration, and play part in maintaining a well run office.
I have been working in administration ever since.
Achievements
In my career so far, I have been highly regarded by my employers. I am punctual, and always committed to working back if in need. I take interest in learning new skills & making improvements in where I can. I do enjoy problem solving too.
I have adapted well to a range of software programs used over my career, Arrow, Arrow DOS, SAP, MYOB and many in house programs specifically designed for that company. I am confident with Microsoft Office and all it's components.
I have a strong focus in customer service. Being a manager at McDonalds I have dealt with many customer queries and complaints, always resulting in good customer satisfaction.
I work well within a team environment, always willing to help out my colleagues if they in need. I have always had a strong work ethic, something I take great pride in.
