I've extensive experience in coustomer service industry. While studyng, I've worked in the summers and weekends at bars, hotels, restaurants and pubs, dealing with costumers of many different nationalities in high pressure environments. I am a friendly, self motivated and reliable person. My other jobs include working in retail sales, lifesaver, child/youth worker, hostess and model.

I've graduated in Architecture from the University of Venice and I've worked in architects' studios and taken study trips to Berlin and Holland.
