OVERSEAS:
After finishing University worked for 11 years at Municipality Court Zagreb, Croatia, as a legal advisor, and bailiff / evictions enforcement officer.
AUSTRALIA:
I started as a sales consultant for "Biki Photographic Business Cards" selling business cards and other company products face to face to small business in Sydney area. Within 15 months I became business partner carrying entire sales and marketing operations with small team of 3 people. After company was sold in December 1995, and I got my paid for my share I took self paid holiday and did charity work for almost 2 years mainly in Thailand, Laos, and bordering Burma.
In August 1997 I returned to Australia and started selling insurance for "Lake Group", brokerage of AMP. I remained in top 5 salesmen for Australia and New Zealand for about 2 months, after which I joined "Colliers Encyclopedias" team in November 1997.
I terminated my contract with "Colliers" in February 1999, and established my own company "Frank Business International, Pty Ltd" registered as "FBI Marketing" Australia and worked with various companies on contractual basis. My role was sales and marketing manager, and I worked in the office, and on the field couching sales and marketing personnel as well as couching and selling myself in the field. Major part of business was with "Sunrise Roofing" and it became so successful that I signed up as exclusive marketing and sales director for them in April 1999. Business continued successfully for almost 6 years when I suffered a serious injury in traffic accident, and short after that owner decided to retire in February 2005.
After few months rehabilitation I decided to get employment as a full time employee. Through my agent I got casual position with International SOS in July 2005, and gaining full employment on 11th October 2005 in Life Department. After few months I was relocated upon my request to International Operations Department where I currently work as International Coordinator.
