My name is Hayden Anthony Caruana. Born 25/01/1993 in Mackay. First attended Mackay North Primary, prior to move to Towwnsville (2002) and attending Willows primary and Kirwan State High School. Graduating in 2010, I always kept high grades and focused both on school and trying to form a career. I am currently employeed at McDonald's and have been since 2008 (being my first job) I have worked my way through various roles, currently being recognised as a 2nd Assistant Manager at McDonald's Rasmussen. I have been a manager since October 2010 and have been full time since then also. 

I had been sent on a shift supervision course in May 2011 teaching me skills in how to manage a shift and how to manager the store. I have skills on how to effectively use computer technology to gather and use information, complete shift cash, deposits, banking etc. I have learnt great customer service and management skills and teamwork being a big focus help create an enthusiastic work environment.

I have achieved sales records and customer service records this year whilst running/supervising shifts.

I have achieved the completion of one management course (May 2011)

I have achieved my First Aid Certificate and Fire Safety Certificate whilst completing my management course.

I have gained great knowledge on how to effectively run shifts and manage my team to achieve results and projected goals.
