For the past 8 years I have enjoyed a successful career in the Whitsunday charter boat industry.  My roles have included host, relief chef and boat manager.  My experience includes over 4 years as boat manager, and 4 years of gourmet cooking for up to 50 people aboard a boat.  Prior to entering boating I was a travel agent for 5 years, including 1 year as store manager.

I am a professional, happy, easygoing person with a passion for whatever I put my hand to!

For the past 4 years I was the Boat Manager of 'Whitsunday Magic', a 4 star 135ft Tallship operating 3 day 3 night charters in the Whitsundays.

Duties included but not limited to-

- Cost analysis and ordering of all food and beverage

- Vessel and activity briefings

- Training and selection of crew

- Detailed cleaning and bed making

- Arrangement of general maintenance

- Reconcile guest accounts

During this time I also acted as relief chef preparing gourmet meals for up to 40 people
