To utilize my vast experience in microfinance which has been continuing since 1991. Immediately after completion of my university education, it was a great chance to serve the poor people through microfinance which is a slogan to whole world to alleviate poverty. 

My job started from the gras root label and currently includes in the policy making label which is a great achievement for me.   

Since includes at the policy making label i've the chance to work as a consultant with UNDP- MSP project in the Philippines for 15 months(June'99-August'00) and after that in a renowned organisation named Bina Swadaya( NGO) in Indonesia for another 15 months in between 2002-2005.

Finally, work as an executive director in a microfinance institution in Ghana for 30 months.
