Detailed Description:I have worked for nearly 20 years along side my partner commercially fishing.My duties include processing and packing our product and delivering on a daily basis.Each day I clean and load our nets as well as repair and make them from scratch.I am responsible for the maintenance of our trailers and carry out repairs when needed.We work to deadlines ensuring our orders are delivered, as well as meeting trucks to consign our product to Sydney Fish Markets.The work is hard and constant as well as demanding.
