Judith Moen's Resume
Overview
I completed my HSC at St Francis Xavier College Hamilton in 1988 and commenced work for Westpac Bank firstly in a branch and then moved into the International Business Centre where I was the Customer Relations Officer until it ceased operation in 1993. I began work with the Commonwealth Bank Operations Centre in the same year until I resigned in 1995 to have my second and third children.
In 1998 I began work for Hunter Valley Wine Society in the outbound call centre and quickly worked my way to the night Shift Inbound Team Leader. In 2000 I began work for Educational Expeience where I have held the positions of Customer Service Consultant, Operations Co-Ordinator, Customer Service Team Leader to my current position of Customer Service Operations and Training Supervisor. I completed a Certificate IV in Frontline Management in March 2010
