I am a Senior Manager of a dynamic fast growing company reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

5 Years as a Branch/ Sales/Business Development Manager ( Current Employer )

I started my current career as a Key Account Manager and became the top sales person within two years, successfully winning major projects and project managing these contracts for the company while ensuring we continued to add more products and services to increase our offering and maximise the business we were already winning.

I then became the Branch Manager responsible for growing the business in my catchment while assisting the Board with the rapid expansion of the company ensuring process' evolved with the rate of growth and the successful company culture was transferred to a rapidly expanding staff base.

At the time I took over as the Manager we had a staff of 15  locally and have grown that staff to 35 full time people on site The turnover is 5 times larger, GP has grown with the introduction of new products and services such as design and new complimentary divisions within the company.

Staff retention is excellent and to this day I strive to develop the people under my direct influence so they grow within the company as professionals within their industry while being held accountable for measurable results.

This has proven to be a winning formula as I have developed my management style.
