| Job Title: | Insolvency Associate | | Job Type: | Full-Time | | Detailed Description: | Starting in Payment Control my job was to contact clients who had dishonoured their Debt Agreement payments. Being mostly a collections position, I was also required to investigate client change of circumstances and review for possible variations.
A year later I was asked to be the Insolvency Associate when our Queensland office was closed down. Taking on the role of 14 people my job was to review, assess and process files while applying legislation in relation to Part IX, X and Bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Act. I used my strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure compliance and that the clients understood their obligations. I maintained accurate records and data systems and created all of the early tracking systems in Excel. As the department grew I was called on to lend my knowledge and experience to help train and guide new employees. |
