At Motherduck Childcare I was successful in achieving my Certificate III in Children Services to become a qualified Teachers Assistant . I was able to have the opportucity to work in a pacific room as a qualified Teachers Assistant assisting the Group Leader and sharing the responsibilities of the room. Then I decided to take on the role of Group Leader while studying my diploma and I enjoyed the challenge. I completed this goal, being proud of my achievements. As the Group Leader in a room I bonded very well with the children and enjoyed every new day I shared and cared for the children.
At Belmont BAASC I am currenting working as a Prep Assistant. Implementing Prep Programs each week for the Preps. I am enjoying working with the prep aged school children, giving myself the opportunity to work with older children and enjoying this challenge.
