Employed as a senior manager for the past 14 years in the area of HR, administration and finance for organisations of up to 1200 personnel in number. Promoted at the forefront of my peer group and selected for some of the most demanding appointments the British Army had to offer. Have been involved in financial accounting including the auditing of large and complex public and non-public accounts worldwide. Liaised directly with civilian organisations (EDS and Abacus to name but two) particularly to facilitate the delivery of administration to different organisations at all levels. Have also been directly involved in the external and internal training of staff throughout my career.
