I am looking to establish a career. I have been proven as an extremely reliable, hard working, dedicated and enjoyable work colleague and friend. I pride myself in professionalism as well as a drive to succeed in whatever task I dedicate my time to, both in my work and personal life. I work well within a team or independently. I am also extremely well organised and task orientated, which I pride myself in. I am also able to think fast under pressure having announced various radio shows, as well as working in a variety of different call centers. Within my professional career so far I have achieved each goal I've set out to accomplish, I've made a lot of great friends and I've pushed myself to improve and strive to be the best that I can be.

These positions involved the processing of security access requests and investigations into enquiries and incident requests. Determining priorities, urgency and impacts of requests. As well as escalating and categorising service requests and incidents, while liaising with customers and internal/external support staff to provide required information. I was also able to train new staff in policies and procedures, as well as system knowledge and work place environments.

I was extremely productive in these positions and showed that by receiving Employee of the Month as well as never missing set KPI's or quality targets.

Detailed Description:My position within Westpac started as a Banking Representative level E; from there I worked my way through to a Credit Card Service Consultant. All positions I worked within Westpac involved inbound call answering and assisting with account enquiries and issues.

When I moved into the Credit Card Enquiry position it involved all of the previous listed tasks as well as meeting sales targets.

K.P.I’s were measured in regards to adhering to our schedules and making sure our call times were at a reasonable length.

Team Input was important as well. Contributing ideas to improving the service desk and ensuring that our customers were happy was a main goal in regards to the team input sessions.

I was also trained in complaint handling, which involved taking formal complaints against the service desk and resolving them if possible on first point of contact. This trained me to stay calm under pressure and helped me to deal with upset customers.

Detailed Description:I held a casual promotional assistant position facilitating station events and specific company promotions. During my time there I also hosted the Saturday Morning Breakfast Show on Classic Hits while still performing my Promotional Assistant role. I regrettably had to resign my employment in this position due to my move to Australia.

Running Saturday Breakfast Show:
This included announcing Weather Updates and news bulletins, conducting interviews with bands, politicians and people of the community.

I produced my own show which involved preparing what material would be used, how I would run the competitions, some script writing at times for radio dramas. Also announcing the whole show live while monitoring the equipment.

Promotions:
This was mainly assisting with equipment set up for outside broadcasts as well as customer/listener socializing. These promotional events were usually community events such as sausage sizzles

Detailed Description:I commenced as a student at WITT pursuing my passion for radio and continued to build my experience by volunteering at every opportunity within the station. This offered me the chance to expand on my knowledge of the industry and gain valuable access to industry experienced mentors and role models. My enthusiasm and commitment to the role gave me the experience I required to become employed as a full time Drive-Show Announcer and Production Assistant.

Drive Show Announcing was my main task that I was employed for. I wrote, announced and produced my Drive show on a daily basis. This included a wide variety of Interviews such as political, musical and artistic.

I gained sponsorship for my show by approaching local and national businesses with promotional ideas that would boost our listener’s knowledge of the client’s products.

Running my own show involved a lot of Music/Artist Knowledge and research as I had to keep up to date with all new relevant news in the media industry.

I was also involved in student mentoring being that the radio station was based near a polytechnic which ran its own radio course. I was able to monitor the student’s progress, assist with their enquiries and provide tips and assistance to improve their abilities.

I also Produced, wrote, voiced and scheduled adverts for local business to run on the station. This involved client liaising to ensure that our ideas were suitable for the clients target market.

I also ran various Promotional events to increase awareness of the station within the community. Mainly we held on site shows or outside broadcasts

I was also trained in programming the stations music for the week. This was exciting as you need to make sure the music flows correctly yet sticks to a specific format.
