I have been a ownwer/manager of a cafe and creperie for 11 years, skilled in coffee making, cooking and customer service.Prior to that 12 years I worked in the Geelong Hospital in the catering department, and prior to that I worked in hotel industry and catering companies. So as you can see I have a broad variety in  the hosptitality industry. I love to work with the public. When my children were growing up I also worled as a Kindergarten assistant.

In Buying my own business and working with my own staff I have achieved an appreciation for employees and employers, and have found myself juggling 20 staff members at some stage and grew from it. I also learnt to do all my own bookwork on a myob program and did my own bas quarterly.
